Hello, my introverted peeps.
Today, I'd like to share five reasons why I created the RECHARGE framework, in no particular order:
because the first step to thriving as an introvert is building the right mindset and habits, and having the tools and practices you need (and I know these from personal experience)
because it's what I needed a couple of decades ago and there are still people who need it now
to be the change and help support my fellow introverts so they can thrive in an extrovert-first world
because I'm an educator at heart, and to my mind there's no point having a lot of knowledge in my head if I don't use it to make the world better
because when people see me showing up introverted, they know it's possible for them too
I offer RECHARGE in several flavours:
An 8-day taster via a Telegram group, with daily audio prompts
An 8-week experience with weekly live calls, as well as support with scripts, tools and worksheets, plus a Telegram group for those in-between moments. That starts in March.
A VIP experience, for those who prefer to work on their own and do all the material in one or two longer sessions. I accept a limited number of clients for these each quarter.
And now, two questions for you:
Which of my reasons for creating the programme resonates most?
Which type of delivery is calling to you now, and why? Drop a comment and let's talk.
