I learn something every time I teach, which is wonderful.

Yesterday, I delivered a new masterclass called Seven Secrets of Introvert Success. It went beautifully. I felt like the people in the room were getting what they needed and that I was in flow.

The thing I learned yesterday? This class isn't just good for introverts. It's also good for extroverts supporting the introverts in their lives.

And for people who need a framework for managing their presence and creating impact while enforcing their boundaries and protecting their wellbeing. (Yes, we covered all of that.)

I'll keep that in mind the next time I run it.

After the class, I practiced what I taught and took a block of time to recharge - alone. It was necessary and very welcome.

Today I'm sending out the replay, along with a juicy bonus resource.

And now I'm turning my attention to the next piece of what I'm building to serve my introverted peeps: a small group experience based on my own RECHARGE framework for creating impact without exhaustion.

Right now, I'm envisaging it as a eight-week run including live sessions and an asynchronous discussion space. But the first cohort will help to shape its final form.

If you're interested in being part of that creator cohort, let me know.
