8 days ago, 7 women joined me for the RECHARGE introduction - most of those were introverted. All of them were ready for a different kind of group experience.
Some shared that they were burned out, tired of the grind and the masking, out of alignment with what was best for them.
The 8-day Telegram experience helped them make progress in recognising their energy leaks, meeting their own needs and setting boundaries.
This was a quiet group, with explicit permission to lurk, take what you needed and implement in your own time. In addition to daily short audiocasts (and transcripts, because accessibility has to be by default), there was a single tiny task each day to encourage reflection and change.
And it was magic - I enjoyed seeing people make small shifts in thinking that will have a huge impact on their lives.
So what's next? A deep dive into the RECHARGE method - an 8 week programme starting in January for introverted and neurodivergent women. The group will be intentionally small and the space intentionally curated.
I'll be offering those in the Telegram group first dibs on the next iteration of RECHARGE, but if you'd like to learn more and get on the waiting list, let me know.
Note: As with all my courses, I centre the experiences of Black women and people of the Global Majority, and I talk about how things are, not how we'd like them to be. If you can deal with that, let's talk.
Remember: Your voice is medicine. Your rest is resistance. Your boundaries are sacred.
