I read a post recently that talked about (I'm paraphrasing slightly) an introvert inferiority complex. Something in me rebelled.
Because I realised that I have never felt inferior as introvert.
Overlooked, for sure.
Underestimated, definitely.
But inferior? Never!
(I've never felt inferior as a Black woman either.)
I see my introversion as a strength that helps me make impact my way, without exhaustion.
If you're tired of people implying that there is something wrong with the way you are, and telling you the answer to your introversion is to fake extroversion, let's talk.
I'm offering a different approach - an 8 week group programme where you recognise your energy patterns, reclaim your time and harness your voice to make the impact you've been putting on hold.
As always, spaces are intentionally limited to avoid overwhelm.
How do you see your introversion? Is the idea of inferiority as strange to you as it is to me?
