You wake up depleted.

You perform all day: smiling, engaging, being "on", silencing your voice in conversations, pushing through exhaustion when what you most need is rest.

You collapse at night.

Repeat.

For accomplished, introverted women, especially Black and Global Majority women, this isn't just a busy week. It's a daily reality.

The performance is exhausting. And it's not sustainable.

If this feels like I just read your diary, or your mind, you're not alone. And it doesn't have to be this way. Is this resonating? Let me know.
