Just because you're quiet, it doesn't mean you aren't paying attention.
As an introvert, I know that all too well. My quietness has been misunderstood as apathy or lack of brain power many times.
That's the failing of systems and structures that favour extroversion. They ignore quiet talent and reward loud performance, even if that performance burns you out.
If you're an introvert, I bet you've experienced this too.
I've had proof of the power of the quiet ones, the lurkers, many times this year. I've been in a face to face meeting or virtual room and met someone who's been following me quietly for years, or who has heard of my work from someone I didn't know was watching.
So I don't mistake quiet for inattention. It's why in my recent RECHARGE Telegram group I explicitly said people could lurk - I trusted they would get what they needed.
I created the RECHARGE framework for those who want to exist unapologetically as introverts, who are tired of masking and exhausted by running on fumes. It's the approach I needed years ago, and now I've created it for you.
RECHARGE has everything I've learned about showing up introverted and making impact without exhaustion. It shows you how to manage your energy and share your voice, how to set necessary boundaries and evolve a way to share your message that works with your brain and energy and not against it. It works both for introverts and for overwhelmed neurodivergents. No masking required.
Here's what people are saying.
"I loved the framework and the prompts" - EO
"This is a trip you will NOT want to miss if you're a creative introvert" - KMH
I'm going to run the 8-day RECHARGE taster experience once more early in January, then move onto a longer 8-week experience later in the year.
