You know those itchy little thoughts that won't leave your brain alone?
The ones that usually result in you either doing something new or changing everything about your life or career?
Well, I had one of those in 2025 (the last one I had changed me from writing about digital marketing to anti-racism activism, so I tend to pay attention.)
This one said: do more to support your fellow introverts. And the thought kept coming back. So I did something about it. Several somethings - and so far, so good.
In summer, Yinka and I hosted the first Quiet Queens Nourish & Network event - an introvert-friendly in-person lunch that left us all energised and not depleted. (The next one is coming up soon.)
I created the Self-Expression Experience to help introverted leaders and creatives get unstuck with their projects. It's a cool blend of mindset support and content strategy. Check out the documents in my LinkedIn profile for a case study.
In the background, I looked at everything I'd said about introversion and thriving and used it to create my RECHARGE framework. I ran an 8-day teaser in Telegram, creating an introvert-friendly experience that provided insight while respecting energy boundaries. I plan to run it again in January, followed by an 8-week small group experience, looking at each of the elements in turn.
If you want to get an idea of my approach, check out the 7 Secrets of Introvert Success class in my store. This has many elements which became part of the framework.
And if you’re ready for more, let’s talk!
